Fujimi TM-12 Qstyle Chibimaru Type 3 Chi-Nu Medium Tank (Long Barrel)

The Type 3 Medium Tank Chi-Nu Long-Barrelled version was developed by fitting the Type 3 Chi-Nu with the Type 5 75mm Tank Gun (Long) Model II. Its distinctive long gun, large angular turret, and clean welded hull with relatively few rivets are recreated in the series' characteristic deformed style.

The Type 3 Chi-Nu originally replaced the 47mm gun of the preceding Type 1 Medium Tank with a larger 75mm gun. As greater firepower was expected to be required against American tanks during the anticipated defence of the Japanese home islands, a long-barrelled 75mm gun being developed for the Type 4 Chi-To was tested on the Chi-Nu. Testing and adjustments continued until the end of the war, and the variant did not enter mass production.
