To make your BTR-80 model look as realistic as possible, we created a set of 3D-printed wheels in two versions: Ordinary and Sagged.
This set features KI-113 tyres, widely used on BTR-80 vehicles during different periods of service. Thanks to their distinctive tread pattern and sidewall shape, these wheels are suitable for both combat and training configurations.
Maximum Accuracy and Realism
During development, we analyzed numerous photos, technical documents, and available physical samples to precisely reproduce:
the proportions of the KI-113 tyre
the geometry of the wheel rim
the texture and form of the tread
the characteristic sidewall deformation in the sagged version
Photopolymer 3D printing delivers a level of sharpness and detail that standard rubber or molded kit parts cannot achieve: crisp tread edges, thin structural elements, accurate mounting surfaces, and a highly realistic wheel stance.
Protection Caps Included
All Scalex BTR-80 wheel sets include protective wheel caps for each wheel.
They can be installed or left off, giving you more freedom to replicate different field or operational conditions.
