Master Box 35240 1/35 Buggy Mongoose, The Ukrainian Battlefield Evacuation version

Kit 35240 continues the series of kits dedicated to the Russian-Ukrainian war events. The Ukrainian Armed Forces use the most various equipment: the equipment of their own production, equipment from old Soviet stockpiles, and equipment provided generously by the countries supporting Ukraine in this war. One of the popular vehicles is a Buggy of various types and from different manufacturers.

The kit includes a Buggy "Mongoose". This machine is valuable especially because it is produced by the Ukrainian enterprise. The model represents an evacuation version.

In the conditions of the war in Ukraine, the evacuation of the wounded from the battlefield has become a very difficult problem. Heavy armored evacuation transport does not have the ability to approach the trenches closer than a kilometer without a risk of being immediately destroyed, and the presence of a large number of FPV drones and reconnaissance drones of the enemy does not allow carrying the wounded out by the comrades and the wounded have to wait for the evacuation for many hours. In these conditions, a fast, maneuverable and small-sized car with the qualities of the SUV is a good solution.

We would like to emphasize especially that, thanks to the cooperation of Master Box Ltd. company with the enterprise that produces these machines, it was possible to create a very accurate copy of the Buggy Mongoose.

The kit includes two plastic sprues with the parts for assembling the model, photo-etched parts for assembling particularly delicate parts and a set of five rubber wheels.
