The AS332 Super Puma is a medium-sized twin-engine helicopter with a four-blade rotor developed by the French company Aerospatiale, now Airbus Helicopters. Equipped with two Turbomeca engines, it can reach a cruising speed of 260 km/h. The helicopter's airframe has been designed to withstand intensive use in all operational environments, even over long distances thanks to a range of 800 km. Furthermore, the adoption of retractable landing gear significantly improves aerodynamics during flight.
