MH Models X48150 1/48 A-36/P-51 Mustang Canopy Paint Mask for Accurate Miniatures/Italeri/Academy

North American A-36/P-51 Mustang Canopy airbrush mask for Accurate Miniatures/Italeri/Academy

Paint Mask:

Preparing the masks: Do not stretch the masks during application, as this may cause deformation. Remove and reapply the whole mask if necessary. Once positioned, trace the surface indentations with a pointed wooden stick so the mask conforms to the model.

Painting method: Avoid applying two coats of colour at the mask edges. Apply one colour before masking, then apply the other colour after positioning the mask. Excessive paint build-up can leave the edges of the lighter colour visible when the mask is removed.
