Aoshima 069806 1/700 WWII IJN Destroyer Hatsuharu (Renewed Edition)
Future Release
Aoshima's Waterline series has been renewed with even greater precision!
Newly designed and carefully examined equipment parts have been incorporated. By implementing multiple slide mechanisms in the moulds, the intricate details of the 1/700 scale have been faithfully reproduced. We are excited to present the newly refined Waterline series.
The Hatsuharu-class destroyers were constructed under strict treaty limitations. However, due to their small hull size in relation to their equipment, they faced stability issues until they underwent modifications. This kit represents the lead ship "Hatsuharu", which underwent significant improvements in stability and changed drastically from its original design.
Utilizes slide moulds to achieve highly detailed and precise moulding!
Various equipment parts, including torpedo launchers, have been updated!
Newly Designed Equipment Parts with Updated Moulds: Type 90 triple torpedo launcher Type 94 depth charge thrower 7m motorboat 7m cutter Quadrant davit Anchor
** This model kit is supplied in unassembled and unpainted plastic components. Please note that glue, model paints, and other basic modelling tools are required and sold separately.
