Green Stuff World 5853 Acrylic Display Block (60 x 60 x 15mm)

15mm transparent methacrylate base
An acrylic display block is a support made of this material, also known as acrylic, Perspex, or Plexiglas. Its main purpose is to enhance and highlight products, trophies, figures, works of art, or other objects that you wish to display with a sophisticated and professional finish.
These acrylic displays are essential for the presentation and display of items, as their transparent and minimalist design allows the object on display to be the true protagonist. They are used in a wide variety of sectors, such as modelling, commerce, decoration, art galleries, and advertising. Thanks to their resistance, versatility, and contemporary aesthetics, they are often the preferred alternative to other materials such as glass or wood.
For those looking to increase the height of the base and improve the visibility of the object on display, 5 or 12mm acrylic bars can be incorporated, which are available in our online store. For a safe and long-lasting assembly, the use of epoxy glue for high-strength fixing or clear glue for standard fastening is recommended.
It is also possible to drill holes in the material to insert brass support bars. Although making the holes with a manual drill is more laborious, it is still feasible. For more precise and efficient work, the use of Dremel-type tools for anchor drilling is recommended.
