1/100 Leonardo da Vinci: Giant Crossbow

Leonardo da Vinci, probably the greatest universal genius of all time, died on 2 May 1519. Revell honoured the artist, anatomist and engineer with a selection of kits of his greatest inventions. The elaborate models made of the authentic material wood are partly movable and make it possible to get very close to Leonardo's groundbreaking ideas. Leonardo's Great Crossbow was a truly "technological dream" of its time. It was meant to cause panic and fear among the enemies simply by its span of 24 metres and its length of 23 metres.
