For the price point it is a decent kit and a great base for a big Tiger model. Some of the out-of-the box parts are not great, including the 'curved' barrel. I build mine with plenty of aftermarket metal HengLong parts and it worked out really nice (and still much cheaper than a Trumpeter or Tamiya). This kit is a good way to try 1/16 if you don't want to spend hundreds of $$$.
