I bought this Meng 1/12 Ford GT 40 over a year ago and it sits back in it's box half finished. The mouldings are incredibly finely done but the vinyl tubing and vinyl moulded sprue parts are so poorly out of scale and ill-fitting, I had to put it back in the box or smash it! Fair dinkum, you pay $464 you expect perfection or close to it.
I would recommend to buy the Hobby Boss version at $118 (on sale) and find some FORD stickers, the massive premium paid for the Shelby Foundation endorsement is not worth it.
