Yorktown-class aircraft carrier famed for launching the Doolittle Raid and later loss in the Solomons. Kit features optional full or waterline hull, detailed hangar deck and superstructure, ship's boats, name plate and display stand. Includes aircraft (2 each: B-25B Mitchells, SBD-3 Dauntless, TBD-1 Devastators, and F4F-4 Wildcats, F4F has optional folded wings) - all molded with gray airframes, black details and clear canopies. Painting reference for port, starboard and overhead plan views - Doolittle and Midway schemes; decals for flight deck, hull and aircraft. Completed model is approximately 28.3" long."
