Alliance Model Works LW35024 1/35 Wheel Mask for WWII German Vehicles

This is a stainless steel stencil set for painting rubber tire of German WWII vehicle models in 1:35 scale. It includes suited reusable masks for a collection of popular injection kits.
To use the masks, spray outside of wheel black or rubber colour, choose the appropriate mask to cover the rubber part completely and spray the hubs vehicle colours.
This set has designated wheel masks (multiple masks for certain kits) for the following kits:
Tamiya: Panzer IV series, Marder series, Panther series, Famo, Hetzer, Wespe, Sd.kfz 232, Schwimmwagen, Citron Traction, Krupp Protze & 3.7cm, Opel blitz, Steyr 1500.

Masks are stainless steel, easy to clean. And they can be used for a long period of time if kept clean.

How-to:
Preparing the masks: Masks should not be stretched during the application process as they are flexible and this could cause deformation. Remove the whole mask if necessary, and then apply again. Once placed on the model, the mask surface should be adjusted to the surface of the model by tracing all the indentations with a pointed wooden stick.
Painting method: Try not to apply two coats of color at the edges of a mask. Instead, apply one color prior to painting the proper camouflage, and apply the other color after the mask is back on. Otherwise, the coating in the areas encased by the mask may be too thick, and after removing the mask the edges of the lighter color may become visible.
